Coating applicaations usually require two (2) scanning sensor and some of theswe appliations are:

1. extrusion laminating (extrusion onto paper or fabric)
2. extrusion coating
3. reverse roll coating (many simple tape applications etc.)
4. calender coating
5. knife over roll
6. fountain coater
7. offset gravure coater (a direct gravure does not benifit from gauging
8. bi-axial extrusion
